NationaLease Reciprocal Service is the lifeblood of our great
organization. It’s when members help their fellow members
in times of need. From time to time, NationaLease members
hare their great encounters with their peers, and we salute all
those who really step up to the calling of Reciprocal Service.
We’d like to share an ATTA Boy we received recently.
The outstanding dedication and customer service provided
by Interstate NationaLease's Buddy Miller deserves recognition
of an 'Atta Boy' according to Jeff Fazan of Tom Nehl Truck
Leasing, Inc., a NationaLease Member.
Jeff said, "Buddy from Interstate NationaLease went and
inspected the truck and found that the starter was bad and
then checked to see if a sub-unit was available as he only had a Day Cab available. While I contacted our customer, Buddy found a starter at the Freightliner dealer and checked with the Love’s Travel Stop to see if they would allow him to replace the part at their location. The Love’s truck shop allowed Buddy to make repairs since they could not fix the truck. He then went and picked up the parts needed, returned to the truck, and made the necessary repairs. Our customer was up and running and was able to make his stop in Chattanooga, TN. I must give Buddy a big ATTA boy!"
Thanks to Interstate NationaLease and their staff for going above and beyond! We appreciate all of the hard work and dedication members provide to our great system. I’d like to encourage all of our members to share their stories with Member Services. In addition to sharing them in the NationaLease NEWS, and highlighting at our Maintenance Manager’s Meeting, we will be sharing with all of the membership through the ATTA Boy emails as well.
